This policy explains which personal data BIEF Realtors collects when you fill in a form on this website or in our ads (for example, the Facebook and Instagram lead forms), what we use it for, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights.

What data we collect
Your name, phone number and email, and the answers you give in the form or on the website: for example, the property or development you are interested in and your question. We do not ask for sensitive data.
What we use it for
To answer your inquiry and send you information about the properties and developments you asked about. We do not use it for any other purpose. If at any time you no longer want to receive information, write to us and we will stop contacting you.
Who we share it with
With the developers of the projects you asked about, only to manage the transaction. To operate we use technology providers (real estate management system, email and website hosting) that store the data on our behalf and cannot use it for anything else. We never sell your data or transfer it for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as your inquiry or the transaction lasts, and up to two years after the last contact. After that we delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we delete it at that time.
Your rights
Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 you can request access to, correction, update and deletion of your data by writing to administracion@bief-realtors.com. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days, and correction or deletion requests within 5 business days.
If you believe your rights were not respected, you can file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), the supervisory authority under Law 25,326.
Cookies and measurement
The website uses measurement and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) to understand how it is used and to measure ads. You can block or delete them from your browser settings.
